Not happy? Ask within 14 days of paying and you get your money back. This covers everything: single reports, the Library and the Network. No questions needed.

How to ask

1. Email help@investinggym.com from the email you paid with (or tell us which email it was).
2. Say which purchase you want refunded.
3. We refund it to the card you paid with. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 working days.

What happens next

• Access to what you refunded is removed.
• For a subscription, the refund covers the payment you ask about, and the subscription stops renewing.
• After 14 days, a payment is not refunded, but you can still cancel any time so you are not charged again.

Cancel instead of refund

You can cancel a subscription any time in your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
