Terms of sale
Last updated: 29 October 2026
1. Who sells to you
InvestingGym Reports (reports.investinggym.com) is run by Emanuel Balsa, a sole trader (empresário em nome individual) in Portugal. NIF: [NIF — Emanuel to supply]. Address: [Address — Emanuel to supply]. Email: help@investinggym.com. VAT status: [VAT status — confirm with accountant (e.g. VAT registered / exempt under article 53 CIVA / OSS)].
2. What you buy
- Single report: €14.99, paid once. You get that one stock report and every future update of it.
- Library: €99.99 a year for the first 50 members who join by 30 November 2026 (founding price, kept for as long as you stay subscribed), then €149.99 a year. You get every stock report, new ones included.
- Network: €39.00 a month. You get the Stock Library, the IPO Library, a vote on which report comes next and a monthly live Q&A with recordings.
All prices are in euro and include VAT. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
3. Paying and getting access
Payments are handled by Stripe. Access is linked to the email you pay with. You sign in with a link we send to that email, no password needed. The content is digital and you get it right away after payment.
4. Subscriptions
The Library and the Network renew automatically (every year or every month) until you cancel. You can cancel any time in your account page, or by email. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Nothing more is charged after that.
5. Your right to change your mind
Under EU and Portuguese consumer law, digital content that starts right away can lose the legal 14-day withdrawal right once you agree to immediate delivery. We go further on purpose: every purchase has a voluntary 14-day money-back promise. See the refund policy. This does not take away any right you have by law.
6. What you may do with the reports
You get a personal licence: you may read the reports and download the files for yourself. The licence cannot be transferred. Please do not share your login, resell, copy, publish or forward the paid content, in whole or in part. If you do, we may close your access without a refund.
7. What the reports are (and are not)
The reports are educational. They explain a company with public numbers and a fixed 10-question scorecard. They are not personal investment advice. Grades such as "High conviction" are the result of the scorecard rules, not advice to buy or sell. Read the full disclaimer.
8. Our responsibility
We work hard to get the numbers right, but mistakes can happen and data can change after the report date. We are not responsible for investment decisions you make or for losses that come from them. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Portuguese and EU law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change affects an active subscription, we tell you by email before it applies, and you can cancel. Price changes never apply to a founding price while you stay subscribed.
10. Law, complaints and disputes
These terms follow Portuguese law. You keep the protection of the consumer law of the EU country where you live.
Questions or complaints: email help@investinggym.com first, we answer fast. You can also use the Portuguese electronic complaints book, Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico.
If we cannot agree, you can go to an alternative dispute resolution (RAL) centre: [RAL centre — confirm with lawyer]. More information on consumer dispute centres is on the Portal do Consumidor (www.consumidor.gov.pt).
